Client Billing Centre

Our Client Billing Centre provides customers with a central point online for all of their billing activities.
This is how it works;
When we invoice you, we will send you an email with our invoice attached in PDF format. The email will provide you with a link to the billing centre where you will be able to login to make or confirm payment.
Logging in is simple (if you have lost your username or password, we can set you up with a new one) and once logged in you will have access to your billing records and account details.
New invoices will be listed under the 'Active Invoices' section, along with any other outstanding invoices. Paid invoices are viewable in the 'Archived Invoices' section.
Should you need to download or print any of your invoices you can. You may also update your billing details and update email addresses and passwords.
As our billing centre is online, it is available 24x7, your accounts are available whenever you need them and by setting up additional logins for key people, such as finance directors or accountants, information is available whenever they may need it too!.

Project Management Centre
During a typical development there is normally a collection of documents, images, notes and timelines that relate to a particular project that need to be accessible to any number of key people.
Even with a small development there will normally be project managers, designers, and programmers involved in the development. Each team member working on the project will need to provide documents to others and have access to any number of documents. In most projects, we will also require content to be supplied by the client - for an efficient project, we need to ensure that the information supplied by the client reaches the right person without delay.

Clients are provided with their login details for their own project centre where they can view the projects that we have under way for them. Clients are able to supply content directly to the management centre, they may track progress of a project and they are informed of milestones in project development as they are reached.
Additional client logins allow key staff within your organisation to upload information directly to the project management centre and we can control the access the levels that they have within your project management centre.
